Return Policy

It is always my goal for you to fall in love with your new piece of art, both online and when it finally arrives in real life! I try hard to accurately convey the colors of of my work, however, please be mindful that they can and do vary on electronic screens. As such, I highly recommend viewing the piece you are considering on multiple devices prior to purchasing. Due to the variable nature of color on electronic displays, all sales are final.
Damage or loss of order in Transit

Orbtak Studios cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage caused during the shipment and delivery of your order. Significant care is used when packaging every order, thus any damage sustained in transit cannot be refunded or exchanged. Any grievances must be addressed with the postal service responsible for the shipment.
If you would like to add the option for a signature upon arrival, please contact me directly. There will be a small additional fee.
Once shipped, full responsibility for the package is assumed by you and/or the postal service. This also includes any third-party distributor.

Customs Fees

Delivery Times
Orbtak Studios is not responsible for any additional customs fees charged when the package arrives in your country. Please be mindful before purchasing, as you may be charged customs fees in order to receive your package.
All orders currently ship from Frederick, Maryland, USA.
As my time is divided between Maryland and Lembeke, Belgium, order shipments from Belgium will be forthcoming. Please sign up with your email (at bottom of page) to be informed of when this shipment method will be available.
All orders currently ship from Frederick, Maryland. For shipments within the continental USA, delivery times can be up to 16 days.
For international shipments, please allow a minimum of three weeks before receiving your order.

Exchanges
Ownership Of The Artwork
As each artwork is a unique original (or print of an original), no exchanges are possible.
Order Refunds
Under certain circumstances, it may be possible to receive a refund of your order. If an issue arises, please contact me directly to discuss.
Orbtak Studios retains all rights to purchased artwork, including commissions, and reserves the right to create reproductions of all original artwork. If you would like to discuss purchasing the rights, please feel free to contact me. The sale of a work does not grant the purchaser / collector the right to reproduce without prior and expressed written permission of Orbtak Studios.
If you would like to share my photos or artwork on social media / a digital platform, please do not do so without crediting or tagging Orbtak Studios.
